Wesley Wong
Founder / CEO / CIO
Prior to founding Oxbow in 2014, Wesley was a Partner and Head of the Hong Kong office at TPG-Axon Capital, a multibillion-dollar global investment firm. Having joined TPG-Axon in 2005, Wesley has extensive public market investment experience across Asian equity markets and sectors, in addition to US and European markets. Wesley started his career in private equity and corporate finance positions at Arsenal Capital Partners, The Blackstone Group and Credit Suisse in New York. Wesley was born and raised in Hong Kong and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Vishal Tourani
Chief Operating Officer
Vishal joined Oxbow in April 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the firm's non-investment activities. Prior to joining Oxbow, Vishal spent 10 years as COO at Central Asset Investments, a multi-strategy investment firm based in Hong Kong, where he was actively involved during the setup phase and in overseeing the firm's organizational, operational and compliance structure and framework. Prior to Central Asset Investments, Vishal held investment roles at Fore Research & Management and CLSA in Hong Kong. Vishal was born and raised in Hong Kong.
